On Country

Acknowledgement of Country

Tame Dynamics acknowledges the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the First Peoples of Australia and the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the lands, waters and skies across the places where we live, work and connect.

We pay our respects to Elders past and present. We recognise the continuing strength of cultures, languages, knowledge and relationships with Country. Digital spaces, too, carry stories, knowledge and responsibilities.

We seek to reflect this through respectful engagement, culturally appropriate language and imagery, and permission before using cultural knowledge. This national acknowledgement does not substitute for local relationships or a Welcome to Country. The photograph on the facing page is of Uluṟu, a landscape of Country, not a substitute for living cultural expression.

How the story is told

This is not a catalogue of everything we could sell. It is the path a client actually walks, from the first unclear problem, through the specialist brands, into platforms, then care after launch.

Read in order, or use this list to jump. Each service brand is a photograph on the left and, on the right, what it delivers, the value, and how it connects to the other streams.

03
Business overview

The connections are the work

Tame Dynamics is the parent that holds eight specialist streams together. Clients can engage one brand or combine them around a shared brief, roadmap and delivery relationship, from a single procedure or website through to a connected platform.

A strong offer can still fail at the connections: the enquiry that never reaches the right person, the process held in one employee's memory, or the website that tells only part of the story. The work is to make those connections reliable.

The marks below are not separate companies. They are specialist streams under one parent, so the policy, the website and the platform do not drift apart.

At a glance

What progress can look like

Success is agreed at the start: clearer handovers, fewer duplicate steps, reliable enquiry routing, usable reporting. Results are measured against the actual engagement, not a generic list of benefits.

Discovery and solution design

Clarify requirements, processes, priorities and a practical delivery roadmap.

Software and business platforms

Bring records, permissions, workflows and reporting into an agreed operating environment.

Websites and digital experience

Present services clearly and connect visitors with the right enquiry or action.

Integrations, data and automation

Connect systems, reduce repeated entry and make information easier to use.

AI, spatial and digital twin features

Add defined assistance and visual context with appropriate review and data controls.

Deployment and ongoing care

Plan launch, documentation, support, maintenance and future change.

The model

One coordinated engagement

We begin with the outcome and assemble the appropriate streams around it. A discovery decision informs the build. A launch has documentation, support contacts and an improvement path. The parent brand keeps the website, the policy and the platform from drifting apart.

TameDiscovery
07
Service brand

The starting point when the client knows something is not working but may not know the solution.

Complexity often appears as a symptom: a slow handover, a repeated error, a team working around the same limitation every day. Tame Discovery starts by understanding why, so time and money are not committed to the wrong solution.

Deliver

Operational reviews, process maps, gap analysis, requirements, options and a practical implementation roadmap.

Value

A shared decision: improve a process, write the missing document, connect existing tools, build something new, or test the idea first.

Connects

Business carries the process into operating guidance. Digital and Systems shape the build. Labs investigates uncertainty before it becomes an assumption.

A shared picture of the organisation before anyone chooses a tool.

We review how the organisation actually works: operations, processes, current systems, documentation and the points where people compensate for gaps. The output is not a slide deck for its own sake. It is requirements, options and a roadmap that can be handed to the right Tame stream.

08
TameBusiness
09
Service brand

For organisations that need better business foundations without necessarily needing technology. This stands alone as its own service.

As an organisation grows, knowledge has to become repeatable practice. Tame Business turns the way work should happen into documents people can actually use, including when new software is unnecessary.

Deliver

Policies, procedures, SOPs, manuals, process maps, onboarding, governance, capability statements and tender support.

Value

Word, Excel and PowerPoint systems with defined styles, input areas and review controls, so the operation does not live in one person's memory.

Connects

Discovery establishes the need. Media helps the material communicate. Digital and Automate can then carry an approved process into forms and workflows.

Repeatable practice, written down so the operation is not one person's memory.

We structure the business so people can do the work with less guesswork: policies, procedures, SOPs, operational manuals, process maps, templates, governance and tender documentation. The objective is a stronger operation, not a new system for the sake of it.

10
TameDigital
11
Service brand

The client-facing digital delivery arm. This is where most visible software delivery sits.

The interface is where the business becomes real to a user. Tame Digital turns requirements into websites, applications and portals that help people understand the offer and complete the task in front of them.

Deliver

Websites, web and mobile applications, PWAs, customer and employee portals, booking systems, forms, dashboards and custom platforms.

Value

A path from wireframes to a responsive build, with content, accessibility, performance and acceptance considered along the way.

Connects

Media shapes the message. Systems provides the architecture. Automate connects actions. Support carries the experience beyond launch.

I Witness Australia, a public Digital platform.
TameOS, a governed operating environment.

That includes websites, web applications, mobile applications, PWAs, booking systems, online forms, dashboards, custom platforms and the UI/UX that makes them usable. Digital transformation sits here when the change has to show up in a real interface, not only in a process map.

12
TameAutomate
13
Service brand

Focused specifically on reducing repetitive work.

Repeated work consumes attention that should go to customers, decisions and improvement. Tame Automate designs a reliable way for information and actions to move, keeping people at the points where judgement matters.

Deliver

Workflow and CRM automation, document processing, notifications, approvals, integrations, intelligent workflows and scoped AI agents.

Value

Clear triggers, authorised actions, visible exceptions and an accountable owner. Automation is tested against the real workflow, including missing information and unavailable services.

Connects

Business defines the rules. Systems connects the services. Digital provides the human interface. Support monitors what is live.

Triggers, routes and connections that already exist in the estate.

The work covers workflow automation, AI automation and agents, document processing, system triggers, approval flows, CRM automation, integrations and intelligent workflows. The proposition is deliberately simple. Momentum comes from removing repetition, not from adding another dashboard to watch.

14
TameLabs
15
Service brand

Your innovation and experimentation capability.

An ambitious idea deserves a useful test. Tame Labs investigates emerging technology, demonstrates a concept and learns what is feasible before treating it as a production commitment.

Deliver

Proofs of concept, prototypes, experimental software, AI experiments, spatial computing, AR, VR, digital twins and feasibility testing.

Value

Each experiment has a question, a bounded scope and a way to assess the result, evidence for a decision, not a promise made too early.

Connects

Discovery identifies the uncertainty. Digital and Systems can turn a validated concept into a maintainable product.

Respond AR, clinical response training, still under test.
Sentinel AR, de-escalation training, still under test.

Labs covers experimental software, AI experimentation, spatial computing, AR, VR, digital twins, computer vision and new product concepts. The point is to learn what is possible (and what is not worth productionising) before the organisation commits a full delivery stream.

16
TameMedia
17
Service brand

Broader than website assets, how the client presents what Tame builds.

A capable business still needs a message people can understand. Tame Media connects the offer, the visual identity and the content that introduces it to the market.

Deliver

Branding, marketing assets, social content, video, presentations, capability statements, launch campaigns and visual communications.

Value

Messaging, content planning, reusable templates and approved outputs, with spend, advertising management and specialist production defined separately.

Connects

Discovery clarifies the audience. Business supports the service story. Digital gives it a usable destination.

The destination has to match the message.

The stream exists so that what Tame builds can be explained to the market with the same care as the product itself. A portal, a policy pack or a new platform still needs a message, a visual system and collateral that people can actually use.

18
TameSystems
19
Service brand

The underlying technical architecture capability.

A polished experience relies on foundations users rarely see. Tame Systems brings architecture, infrastructure and connections together so applications have a place to run, data has a structure, and access has boundaries.

Deliver

Cloud and hosting architecture, APIs, databases, integrations, identity, cybersecurity foundations, DevOps, monitoring and backup design.

Value

Operational cost, supplier dependencies, data locations, recovery and future maintenance are considered beside the immediate build.

Connects

Digital builds the experience. Automate uses the connections. Support uses the agreed operating arrangements to keep continuity.

IQ Command, operations that sit on the architecture.
Rosters, incidents and monitoring on a designed foundation.

When Digital ships what people use, Systems is responsible for what makes it work: environments that can be deployed, integrations that hold, access that is controlled, and infrastructure that can be watched and restored. Automate also depends on this layer for triggers, data and connections between systems.

20
TameSupport
21
Service brand

The ongoing relationship after delivery.

Launch is a change in responsibility, not the end of the relationship. Tame Support gives the delivered website, application or system a defined care arrangement.

Deliver

Website and platform maintenance, hosting support, updates, bug remediation, monitoring, backups, security patches and ongoing optimisation.

Value

Covered services, operating hours, response arrangements and a clear line between routine care and new development.

Connects

Systems provides the operating foundation. Digital and Automate handle approved product changes. The shared delivery history keeps context.

The live estate stays owned after launch.

Support covers website and platform maintenance, technical and hosting support, bug remediation, minor improvements, vendor management and ongoing optimisation. It is also a recurring model: the organisation is not forced to reopen a full project every time the product needs care.

22

Featured platform
I Witness Australia

Community observations can be useful but fragmented. I Witness Australia gives non-emergency information a structured place to be shared, confirmed, viewed on a map and managed by authorised participants.

I Witness command centre
  • Quick reports with text, voice, photo or video
  • Neighbour confirmations on a live local map
  • Stand-down notices when an alert is resolved
  • Role-based access for authorised participants

It does not replace emergency services or official police reporting. If anyone is in immediate danger, call Triple Zero (000).

Public and neighbours. Share concerns and stay informed without replacing Triple Zero or formal investigations.

Council, police and security. Authorised roles can review, stand down and keep an audit trail within their scope.

26
Tame Labs

Where ambitious ideas are tested

Respond AR and Sentinel AR sit in Labs: immersive training that must prove itself before it is treated as a production commitment. Each experiment has a question. Production security, privacy and support are assessed separately from experimental success.

Spatial work can connect addresses, parcels, footprints and imagery with business records. A property-linked digital twin organises buildings, spaces, assets and observations in context, it does not imply live sensors or survey certification unless that is expressly scoped.

29
How we operate

Governance with the claims kept honest

Tame Dynamics has prepared a separated management-system suite covering quality, information security, privacy, continuity, environment, people, ethics, responsible AI and online safety. The reviewed documents are version 1.2 drafts for approval. Breadth is not the same as certification.

Sustainability work focuses on efficient digital services, equipment life and evidenced supplier claims , not unverified carbon neutrality. Corporate responsibility means fair relationships, accessible experiences and permission before using Indigenous cultural and intellectual property.

  • Quality and client service, scope, acceptance, delivery records and defects.
  • Privacy and confidentiality, agreed purposes, restricted access, appropriate notices.
  • Information security, proportionate access, development, supplier and incident controls.
  • Responsible AI, intended use, permissions, output quality and human oversight.
  • Fair dealing, accurate claims, disclosed conflicts, documented decisions.
  • Inclusion and accessibility, differing user needs in the agreed design and testing scope.
