We provide digital template products, software and platform engagements, and consultation or booking services as described on our site. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for bespoke work may be set out in a separate proposal or statement of work.

You may need an account to purchase or download certain products. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Prices, taxes, and available payment methods are shown at checkout or as otherwise agreed. Digital products are generally delivered electronically after payment confirmation. Delays may occur where manual verification is required (for example, certain bank-transfer flows).

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, purchased templates and related files are licensed for your internal business use, in line with the usage described at the point of purchase. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share source files or originals, remove proprietary notices, or use assets in a way that infringes third-party rights. All intellectual property not expressly licensed remains with Tame Dynamics and its licensors.

Because many offerings are digital, refunds are generally limited unless required by applicable law or expressly stated at purchase. If you believe a product is materially misdescribed or inaccessible, contact us with your order details and we will work with you in good faith.

You will not misuse the Services: no unlawful activity, no attempt to bypass access controls or licensing, no interference with security or performance, and no scraping or automated abuse except as we permit in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss and cap our aggregate liability arising from these Terms at the amount you paid us for the relevant transaction in the twelve months before the claim (or AUD $100 if no payment applies), except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Courts in Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.

We may collect:

• Identity & contact: name, email, company, phone, and messages you send via forms.
• Account & transaction: account identifiers, order history, payment references (payment card data is handled by our payment providers, not stored by us for processing).
• Technical: IP address, device and browser type, approximate location, and usage data via cookies and similar technologies.
• Booking & support: scheduling preferences, notes you provide, and correspondence.

We process personal information to:

• provide, secure, and improve the Services;
• process orders, bookings, and payments;
• communicate with you about transactions, support, and (where permitted) relevant updates;
• comply with law and protect our rights and users.

We may share information with service providers that help us run the Services — for example cloud hosting, authentication, email, analytics, and payment processing — subject to appropriate safeguards. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect safety and integrity.

Some providers may process data in countries outside Australia. Where we do so, we take steps that are reasonable in the circumstances to ensure overseas recipients handle information in accordance with the APPs, where required.

We use administrative, technical, and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the information. We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal and accounting obligations, then delete or de-identify it where practicable.

Under the APPs you may request access to or correction of personal information we hold. You may also complain about our use of your information. Contact us via the Contact page. If you are not satisfied, you may refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
